My personal experience with SoftWave stems from a knee injury that I have been dealing with for almost 2 years. After just a few SoftWave sessions, I am able to have full range of motion in the that knee, and squat evenly! My squat before swayed to the left as my body innately protected the use of my right knee. With this, my body learned to “shut off” use of my right quad. I am happy to say I am building back strength in that leg, thanks to Softwave! I am also able to deepen my practice in jiujitsu and trust my body.
